Being half Italian and being married to an Indian puts food pretty high on our list of priorities. Let’s be honest: these are some serious culinary heritages. (Luckily, neither of us is English, and my Irish side only pokes it’s head out on St. Patty’s day and whenever I can get my hands on a Guinness.) The following will be the collected recipes of our families, as well as what I find in cookbooks and online in my constant search for a delicious meal. Suggestions? Send ’em in!
